Joseph W. Gladis
Joseph W. Gladis has been a broker in the shipping industry for
over 30 years. In 1967, having forecasted the growth of chemical and specialty liquids in the global market, Mr.
Gladis pioneered the first Chartering Brokerage firm in this specialized industry. Since that time, ITC's client
list has included major chemical corporations and chemical departments of the world's largest oil companies. Mr.
Gladis earned a B.B.A. in International Marketing from the University of Miami in 1964 and serves on the Board
of the New York/New Jersey Alumni Association. In addition, he is a charter member of the Northeastern Chemical
Association and is on the Board of Governors of the Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) Foundation.

Regina M. Reilly
Ms. Regina M. Reilly joined ITC in January, 1995 after having spent
9 years at a national distributor working in the areas of transportation and computer operations. Ms. Reilly has
successfully completed a graduate course in advanced chartering at the N.Y. State Maritime College.

Jill A.
Burd
Ms. Jill A.
Burd holds a business degree from Arizona State University
and has successfully completed a graduate course in advanced chartering at the N.Y. State Maritime College. In
addition, Ms. Burd became highly knowledged in voyage and demurrage analysis during a six month training program
with Haugen Consulting.

Lou Schoen
Lou joined our group in August 1997. He has been in the shipping
industry since 1972, working for various trading houses handling distribution and chartering. In 1989, looking
to tackle a different aspect of our business, he began his career as a broker. His specialty remains working trading
house style accounts that deal in the shipping of aromatic chemicals.
Lou holds a B.A. degree from Hunter College, the City University of New York.
